I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was ideal, close to the main beach and great restaurants. The pool area had breathtaking views, and the lobby had a refreshing ocean breeze. The room was comfortable, with a fridge for drinks and snacks. However, the musty-smelling room with mold and bugs was disappointing.

Omg, the room with a bathtub on the balcony was like a dream come true! 😍 beachfront location and friendly staff made our stay perfect. Only downside: limited parking options. 🚗🏖️

We had a wonderful stay at Playa La Media Luna in Isla Mujeres. This hotel is conveniently located near the village, with its shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach and pool were both quiet and relaxing, and we loved the stunning views of the ocean from our balcony. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the maid staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered a good selection of options, and we also enjoyed exploring the local eateries. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything on the northern half of the island. It's just a few steps away from a crowded beach and a short walk from north beach and downtown. Guests can enjoy a stunning ocean view from some of the rooms. The comfortable beds and two small swimming pools are some of the facilities that stand out.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, right in the center where we wanted to be, and the hotel was right in front of a very empty beach. We loved that we could stay on the quiet beach right in front of the hotel and still easily walk 3 minutes to the busy beach when we wanted to swim in the ocean. The friendly staff were very helpful and answered all our questions and even offered great services like room service and car hire. The room itself was luxurious and had all the amenities we needed, including a balcony and terrace with beautiful views of the ocean. The spa and wellness centre, along with the outdoor swimming pool, were definitely highlights of our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious beach vacation.

As young people, we loved the gorgeous views and the little bar by the pool. The hotel was clean and inviting, with a great location. It was a short walk to downtown where there were lots of shops and restaurants, as well as Norte beach. The pool and views were fantastic, and it was great for families. The presence of a water bubbler right outside our room was very convenient.

The balcony view was absolutely stunning and we had a blast chilling by the peaceful pools. 🌊 It was super easy to unwind at the spa and outdoor swimming area, particularly after exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. While the place could use a bit more TLC regarding cleanliness and service, overall, the laid-back vibe and incredible ocean vista totally won us over.

My balcony had a lovely view of the ocean and the sound of the waves lulled me to sleep every night. The private beach was wonderful for sunbathing and relaxing. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Drawbacks: The breakfast options were limited and there was no gym or hot tub. I would recommend this hotel for its tranquil location and private beach access.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was just a short walk to Playa Norte, the best beach on the island. I loved being able to open the sliding glass door and have direct access to the sand and the sound of the ocean. The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the downtown area and one of the best beaches in the world! the view from the hotel was stunning, especially from the small pool overlooking the Caribbean. the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the hotel offered a basic but sufficient breakfast.

The wifi in the room was a bit weak, and it would have been better if there were wifi extenders. Additionally, the pool bar wasn't always staffed, although that might have been due to holiday hours.

We loved the hotel's outstanding location on a private beach, just a few blocks away from downtown shopping and dining. The staff was wonderful and the facilities, including the beautiful pool, were fantastic. Our ground-floor room was perfect for our kids to easily access the pool, while we relaxed in the hammock on our porch.

The hotel is conveniently located just around the corner from Playa Norte, the best beach on the island.
